How to assign a task to a list of contacts in HubSpot

Step by Step
Before we begin: This is only available on a paid HubSpot plan or with a HubSpot trial.
- In HubSpot go to the "Workflows" tab on the left.
- Select Create Workflow
- Select From Scratch
- Select "Contact Based"
- Set up a trigger
- Select "When a criteria is met"
- Select "list membership" as the trigger
- Choose your list (Can be static or dynamic)
- Click the Plus button to add an action to your workflow
- Under the CRM menu, select "Create task"
- Add a title, and set the details of the tasks you'd like to create (including assigning it to the owner of a contact or one specific user)
- Save this and in the top right, choose "Review and publish"
- Choose "Yes, enroll existing contacts who meet the enrollment criteria immediately when the workflow is turned on"
- Save and turn on the workflow
- Voila!
