Demo environments that won't buck when you need them most

Fully isolated HTML/CSS replicas of your app that stay stable regardless of production changes. No more crossed fingers hoping your demo works - pages load instantly and won't crash mid-presentation.

Share sandbox access instantly - no provisioning delays

Create and share links to personalized demo environments instantly. Your demos are always ready to ride, no waiting for account setup or access provisioning.

No-code demo personalization that actually scales

Edit text, swap images, and customize data directly in your UI with point-and-click simplicity. Use template variables to personalize demos for individual prospects without starting from scratch every time.

The edit Ul feature is honestly one of the greatest things l've ever used.

All I have to do is duplicate a demo and replace what's already there with updated UI text. I don't have to record it all from scratch!

Keep the entire sales team on message

Build a curated demo portal with multiple persona and feature-based sandboxes to help reps deliver your value proposition consistently. Add private demo notes to guide them through live calls.

Better demos, fewer headaches

Customers share how they improved their live demos while eliminating bottlenecks and reducing costs

Previously, we used a test environment that would go down or show information about WIP features we didn't want to show clients. HowdyGo is not only a fantastic tool for providing a demo, but the customization tools really allow us to take the demos to the next level.

You can build out your own demo environment and do all of that but that's hugely expensive to maintain whereas with HowdyGo it was much easier to show off the product for people that wanted to see it.

We’ve wanted to improve our product demo experience since I joined the team.

With HowdyGo we were able to spin up step-by-step interactive demos for our marketers products that work for web, email, and social.

Only regret? Not finding out about their platform sooner.

What happens if our production environment goes down?

It won't stop you delivering your demo.

Because HowdyGo sandbox environments are a replicated version of your product you can rely on them to be available when you need to nail your pitch.

In fact, when you load a HowdyGo sandbox environment, we load all of files required to deliver your demo immediately - even if the screen isn't visible.

Will I need engineering support to create sandboxes?

Unlikely. You capture your app using the HowdyGo Chrome extension, so unless you would normally require engineering support to deliver a demo of your app - you won't need it here either.

Can I share sandboxes directly with prospects?

Heck yeah! You can send your prospects a sandbox which drops them instantly into a clickable environment so they can get a feel for your product in their own time.

Better yet, in HowdyGo you can also create clickable walkthroughs which guide them through your product calling out key selling points or including voice overs and video bubbles.

How are sandboxes different from interactive product demos?

That is an excellent question. Interactive product demos are guided experiences that take the viewer through your product. They use callouts, annotations, highlights, narrations and video bubbles to explain the unique value proposition of your product, and are structured in a linear way that eventually leads the viewer to a "call to action." They are best for earlier stage experiences when a prospect or user is still learning about your platform - which is why the annotations are so helpful.

Sandboxes on the other hand give the viewer the freedom to navigate anywhere in your app, jumping from one screen to the next and choosing what they want to explore. This means you have less control over what they see, or the order that they see it in. Therefore, they are most suited to a sales person using them as a tool for demoing how your product works, or shared with prospects who are a bit further along in the sales process.

Does HowdyGo need access to our product for us to create sandboxes?

We don't need access to your product. Step one is to download the HowdyGo Chrome extension, from there you access your app how you normally would with your own login, start recording and capture the screens by just clicking through your product. HowdyGo saves the files it needs to create your sandbox and when you click stop recording, you'll be launched into our editor.
